ROTASCREEN.TG - Closed Bearing System

ROTASCREEN.RSDM-V - Open Bearing System
- RSDM-V open screen bearing printing head with digital operating panel and repeat navigator for a perfect pre- and fine-adjustment of the repeat size from 64 to 120 cm
- Touchscreen operating panel supports any required language
- Color pipe holder with pneumatic fixation for fast and save set-up of the screen together with the color pipe
- Printing width: 165/185/225/250/285/330 cm

MAGNOROLL.RS
- MAGNOROLL rotary screen station for paste or foam application with the famous ZIMMER MAGNET SYSTEM roll rods.
- The MAGNOROLL coating and printing machine can optionally be equipped with two rotary screens for simultaneous application.
- Individual width adjustment of both print heads allow narrow printing on any wider machine.
- Available in working width from 500 mm to 3200 mm and repeat size of 640 mm to 914 mm.
MIDI-II-R – Sample Printing Machine
- Rotascreen machine accessory for closed or open bearing systems.
- Same printing width as production machines for real-size sample printing

MINI-MD-R – Strike-Off Machine
- Rotascreen machine accessory (also available for flat screen printing, MINI-MD-F)
- Used for the development and verification of paste viscosities, colour concentration and magnet power fine adjustment.
- MINI-MD strike off-machines are available in size 60x70 or 60x128 cms.
