MAGNOPRINT – Flat Screen Printing Machine
MAGNOPRINT is the method for high quality flat screen printing with the pioneering MAGNET SYSTEM PLUS, suitable for all kinds of textile fabrics.
- Finest printing quality and high penetration especially for centre printing and geometrical designs
- Squeegee stroke in warp direction
- Optimal for small (100 m) up to medium-sized (10.000 m) production capacities
- Designated for large repeat sizes due to its longitudinal stroke direction: up to 600 cm
- Optimum cost-performance ratio
- Totally integrated ACR-5-control system permits easy handling, short set-up time, automatic repeat setting, design memory and quick reproduction of re-orders.
The repeat length, the speed and the number of squeegee strokes (Magnetic Single/ Twin Roll Rod) as well as the magnetic power are individually adjustable on each printing station. According to the requirements of the textile product, the magnet bars are available as:
- Standard magnet bars SMP 70/55 (e. q. for towel printing)
- Extra Strong magnet power SMP 70/95 (e. q. for acrylic and polyester blanket printing)
